Center of Hope in Guntur
For nearly ten years Pastor Sagar has overseen the Center of Hope in Guntur, India. He has also helped plant and now oversees more than one hundred and fifty churches in surrounding villages. The Center of Hope is a Christ-centered home to more than fifty orphans and widows, and it is the home of a Christian school providing a good education to approximately one hundred children. The school includes English classes.
Each year the Center of Hope provides an eight-month intensive Bible training program for pastor. Upon completion of the Bible training program, new churches are continually being planted in the surrounding villages.
Pastor Sagar has a vision to expand the Center of Hope by taking in more orphans and widows, planting a church on the property of the Center of Hope, expanding the Bible training program for pastors, and enrolling more students in the Christian school. In order to do this, he must construct the next building at the Center of Hope, which will cost approximately $20,000.00 US.
